What we collect

When you visit the site or use our forms, we may collect:

  • Information you give us when you fill out a contact form or request a free roof inspection: name, phone number, email address, your address or property location, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Information collected automatically when you browse the site: IP address, browser type, device type, pages you visit, how you got to the site (referring website or search term), and how long you stay. This is standard analytics data.
  • Cookies and similar tools that help us measure ads and understand what's working. See "Cookies and tracking" below.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, schedule your inspection, and follow up about your project.
  • To improve the website and our service area decisions.
  • To measure whether our advertising is working and reach people who would also benefit from our services.
  • To meet legal obligations if we ever need to.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses a few tracking tools so we can run advertising responsibly and see what's effective:

  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — measures whether visits from Facebook or Instagram ads lead to inquiries or jobs. Meta receives basic page and event data (and hashed contact info when you submit a form) so it can attribute results to ads and improve targeting.
  • Google Ads (gtag.js) — measures whether visits from Google or Bing search ads lead to inquiries. Google receives basic page and event data.
  • First-party analytics — we store anonymous attribution information (UTM tags, referrer, landing page) in your browser to help us understand where leads come from.

Who we share information with

We share only what's necessary, only with the tools we use to run the business:

  • Our customer relationship system (HighLevel / GHL), which is where your contact form goes so Andrew can reach back out.
  • Meta and Google, for ad measurement and audience tools as described above.
  • Service providers we use to send email or run the website (hosting, analytics).
  • If required by law, such as in response to a court order.

How long we keep it

We keep customer contact and project information for as long as you are an active or recent customer, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and business records. You can ask us to delete your information any time (see below).

Your choices

  • You can ask us what we have on file for you.
  • You can ask us to correct or delete your information.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you. Reply "STOP" to any text or tell us on the phone.
  • You can opt out of advertising tracking using the links in the "Cookies and tracking" section above.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reasonable security practices to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure. If you have a concern, please tell us.
